Come join our team at White Oak Management Inc.! Our company is seeking to replace our Corporate Medical Records Assistant at our home office in Spartanburg, SC. This position is a Full-time position that would be needed Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. This position reports directly to our Corporate Vice President of Finance.

Education and Qualifications required:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the processing, tracking, and completion of all medical records request for all 16 facilities to include:
2. Back up Receptionist duties during lunch break, days off and other times as needed.
3. Direct guests to locations for meeting and trainings as needed.
4. Maintain confidentiality and security of health information systems and medical records per HIPAA MINIMUM NECESSARY regulations.
5. Attend and assist with all required meetings, trainings, and functions as requested.
6. Perform other duties assigned by the Corporate Medical Records Consultant.
7. Upon request, prepare FedEx packages and arrange pick up if not already scheduled.
8. Assist with “urgent” projects as they arise.
