Job Summary
Prepares and sells coffee, desserts and cleans area.
Job Duties
- Assists others in maintaining a clean facility and completing daily cleaning lists.
- Maintains high quality and consistent products.
- Prepares and sells coffee by following all drink recipes and procedures.
- Be in communication with the Chef regarding any special needs.
- Develops an understanding of coffee and products served.
- Greets all customers with a friendly, fast, and personalized experience.
- Meets WRMC’s attendance expectations as defined in the Personnel Policy/Procedure manual.
- Adheres to WRMC’s Dress Code.
- Maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas.
- Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from customers to Chef.
- Accurately rings sale orders, count down register at end of shift.
- Maintains efficiency and friendly service.
- Restocks shelves as needed
- Assists in shipment orders and deliver
- Performs other duties as assigned by Chef
Education:
Must be able to read, write and perform simple math. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous serving experience. Excellent oral communication skills. Positive interpersonal skills. Must be able to balance several job functions in an organized manner.
SKILLS:
- Verbal ability to communicate with staff, co-workers, doctors/nursing, and upper management in a professional manner.
- Ability to analyze and organize.
- Ability to greet others warmly.
- Ability to make emergency decisions without supervision.
- Ability to comprehend a wide range of service skills and coordination of details when working with staff.
- Ability to work from standards set by Arkansas State Health Department.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages.
Essentials:
- Must be able to report to work fit for duty and free of any adverse effects of illegal drugs, medical marijuana, prescription medication, and/or alcohol.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with other individuals.
