Responsibilities:

• Schedule Service Calls and Installations:
• Receive and log customer requests.
• Coordinate with technicians for appointments.
• Use scheduling software efficiently.

Customer Support:

• Provide professional assistance to customers.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Office Tasks:

• Answer calls and emails.
• Maintain records accurately.
• Assist with general office duties.

Computer Skills:

• Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
• Learn new software as needed.
• Organization and Communication:
• Prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with team and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous office or customer service experience is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge beneficial but not required.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass drug and background screenings
• Basic computer proficiency required
