JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan, organize and coordinate the payroll process for assigned office locations in multiple states.
  • Processing semi-monthly and monthly payroll
  • Calculate various payroll computations including overtime, hourly, vacation balances, prorated pay, garnishments, taxable benefits, etc.
  • Audit and monitor time-keeping records.
  • Participation in the implementation and / or upgrades of systems associated with core responsibilities.
  • Assist senior accountants with researching month-end payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Perform a variety of responsible office support work such as reporting in Excel.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • A minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience using ADP payroll software.
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines.
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
