Hybrid Director Of Pricing

Global Retail and E-Commerce Company seeking a Head of Pricing to work closely with their merchandising team to shape/drive the company's strategy around profitability. This role will be analytical and will be looking at broader trends on the market to drive competitiveness. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in person, 2 days from home.

Job Function

• Lead the long-term pricing strategy for the overall Revenue Growth Management group.
• Establish multi-channel PPA strategies and long-term price realization opportunity pipelines across brands.
• Build strategic recommendations to include price point optimizations, channel strategy and pipeline development of white space innovation opportunities.
• You will partner seamlessly with internal stakeholders and external resources to deliver outstanding results. We are seeking a talented commercial professional who thrives in a high-performing environment that encourages creativity, risk-taking, and bringing people along.
• You will serve as a pricing expert embedded in the business. You’ll lead pricing strategy across various portfolios of iconic brands to deliver against identified business objectives.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
• 10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles in retail and wholesale businesses with at least 6 years in retail
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion in a retail/omnichannel context.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
