Qualifications
  

• Management experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting is required
• Extensive background in customer service leadership overseeing 3-10 direct reports
• Proven staff development skills and expertise in team retention tactics
• Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather, with flexibility for evenings and weekends
• Successful completion of a pre-hire background check

• Foster transparent and inspiring communication and accountability within your team
• Cultivate and motivate growth in team leaders, shift leaders, and future managers
• Ensure proper store staffing through recruitment, collaboration, and promotions
• Manage customer and employee issues with a focus on retention and swift resolution
• Develop guest rapport by assisting with car wash transactions and memberships
