Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in tax client relations, with a strong ability to supervise and manage tax compliance and tax consulting/planning activities. This role involves direct interaction with clients and firm partners, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and/or manage tax compliance processes, including the preparation and review of tax returns.
- Provide expert tax consulting and planning services to clients.
- Establish and maintain direct contact with clients, addressing their tax-related needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with firm partners to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred.
- 3-10 years of experience in tax compliance, consulting, and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
