```Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Director to join our team. As the Development Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. ```Duties``` - Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to secure financial support from individuals, corporations, and foundations - Cultivate relationships with potential donors and maintain strong relationships with existing donors - Plan and coordinate fundraising events, including donor recognition events and community outreach programs - Collaborate with the executive team to identify funding needs and develop compelling grant proposals - Manage donor databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all donor interactions - Provide regular reports on fundraising activities, including progress towards goals and key metrics ```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector - Strong knowledge of adult education principles and practices - Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, particularly in ICU or acute care units - In-depth understanding of physiology and anatomy - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Join our dedicated team and contribute to improving patient care through your expertise in development and fundraising.
