Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)

Summary:

Whittier Village Pools is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Retail Pool Store Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming pools and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
  • Test water samples
  • Answer customer questions about pool products and services
  • Operate Point of Sale system and process payments
  • Stock shelves and maintain store inventory
  • Clean and organize store
  • Position requires open and closing duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of pool related retail experience
  • In the field pool service experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
