Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in our office. Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients
- Coordinate client meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared
- Assist with client onboarding and maintain accurate client records
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
- Utilize computerized systems and software to manage client information
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in computer software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to provide excellent customer service
