What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Position position at Whole Life?
This job reports to the Controller and is responsible for all clerical duties for the day to day operations and functions as required:
Essential duties: (include but not limited to) Filing, Accts Payable-Data Entry, Mail duties, Copying, office supply ordering and Other duties as assigned, Complete special projects as needed.
Requirements: Ability to prioritize and multi-task, organized with attention detail, able to complete tasks-accurately and on time, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interface with staff and external contacts, a proven track record with an ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.46 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- New London, CT 06320: Relocate before starting work (Required)
