We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, resourceful Executive Assistant for a full-time position in Washington DC. The successful applicant will support our Founder and Managing Director with a range of logistical needs, including schedule management and operational tasks. Applicants must have good working knowledge of modern productivity software and operations in a modern, remote office environment. We’re looking for someone with prior experience working with senior executives and/or senior creatives who will help us run more effectively.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the Founder, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the Founder, Managing Director, and Operations Manager, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld - Ensure executives are prepared for meetings and follow-up on action items
- Ensure executives calendars and to-do lists are aligned with overall goals and objectives for the team and company
Operations Support
- Manage professional calendar and scheduling for Founder and Managing Director, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior staff
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange management-level staff activities, including travel-arrangements, gift-giving, etc.
- Perform administrative and remote office support, such as occasional note-taking in meetings, maintenance of digital filing systems, and maintenance of company data alongside the Operations Manager
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Provide support on any special projects that may involve research or planning
- Support management team with hiring operations
- Other related duties as assigned
Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of professional experience working as an executive assistant for a senior executive
- Experience interacting with executive-level clients and stakeholders
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn on the job and juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to perform in a fast paced and high-impact work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong discretion and judgement
- Creative and resourceful
- Passion and pride in your work
- Experience using a range of productivity tools (i.e. Google Docs, Office, Slack, Dropbox, Asana, Notion, Harvest, or Airtable)

Annual salary range: $55K-$65K plus benefits
