Wide Range Logistics is looking for a highly motivated individual who is experienced as a freight dispatcher. Team member must be able to multi task and work in a high call volume environment. Duties will include:
- finding and scheduling trucks to cover customers loads
- performing call checks to make sure drivers load and unload on time
- negotiating pricing with carriers
- utilizing TMS software to keep track of shipments
- utilizing load bards
Requirements:
- some knowledge of the transportation industry
- experience with customer service
- computer skills
- ability to handle a high stress environment
