Wieland is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will identify, source, and screen candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruitment needs, and finding the right candidates – while promoting Wieland’s values. This role is based at Wieland's North American headquarters located in Louisville, KY. 

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Sources and manages a diverse candidate pipeline, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social & digital media channels
• Screens and evaluates candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews, utilizing assessment tools as needed
• Schedule and/or initiate all pre-employment screenings
• Communicate and collaborate with HR business partners, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Operations Team, and/or other Internal Stakeholders on updates relating to new hires
• Manage the ATS CRM and build out talent pipelines
• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement efforts
• Other duties as needed

Talent Sourcing Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an sourcing capacity within a corporate setting
• Previous experience with HRIS or ATS systems
• Proven experience managing and building a talent pipeline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
• Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems
• Understanding the full life-cycle of recruitment is a plus!
