A Dedicated and Compassionate Caregiver for a High-Functioning Individual

We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated, and compassionate caregiver to provide daily assistance to a 43-year-old man living with the consequences of a spinal cord injury. Despite his physical challenges, he is a high-functioning and independent-minded individual who enjoys engaging in stimulating conversations and meaningful relationships with those around him.

The primary duties will include aiding with daily personal hygiene tasks such as showering, dressing, and general cleanliness. Additional responsibilities involve helping with bowel care at night and assisting him in getting into bed. The position does require a bit of flexibility as the need for a live-in arrangement may arise in the future, although it is not immediately necessary.

We are offering a competitive pay of $16.65 per hour to start, with the promise of future increases based on performance and longevity with our family.
