Weekend Staff

As a part-time team member, your main job responsibilities will include the following. Please note that the day-to-day needs of the company may require you to complete additional tasks not listed (but related to) those seen below.

· Providing incredible customer service at our check in counter, checking customers in, selling play passes, and educating customers about our facility and offerings

· Keeping our play area and facility clean and tidy, including light and deep cleaning during open play and parties.

· Monitoring children utilizing play area

· Set up party room before parties, clean, organize and redecorate between party times.

· Helping customers set up party decorations and take items to the car after party.

· Send weekly contracts, follow ups, and other party communication that is needed

· Tear down and clean after parties

· Helping plan parties for Elite packages as needed

· Develop and suggest new ways for children to interact with the play area and toys including but not limited to games, staff-assisted activities, crafts, art projects, and science experiments

· Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and be prepared to discuss our company philosophies, goals, and policies at any time in a positive light

· Maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanor. We will encourage feedback from customers and guests

· Review and become knowledgeable on our play-area pass options as well as our party and event packages. Parties are special and parents often need reassurance that we will be able to provide their child with a truly special experience. The more informed you are on their choices, the more likely they will be to book a party with you!

· Volunteer for added responsibilities such as leading special events.

· Part Time hours, approximately 10-20 hours every other week. Hours are variable depending on party bookings but average hours will be 10-20 hours.

Shifts for this position:

Saturday: 8:30am-6pm

Sunday: 10:30am – 7pm

· Preferred experience working with children, guest experience, or manager experience, event planner

· Must be CPR certified (both adult and child) or obtain certification within 2 months of hire

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Children are not able to work with you for the weekend position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
