We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of an Operations Supervisor. Supervisors are responsible for direct supervision of lifeguards and aquatic staff in assigned areas. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills. Previous lifeguarding experience and guest related experience is required. Other job responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate breaks and rotations for lifeguards and other aquatic staff
  • Inspect rides and equipment in assigned area
  • Conduct and implement Lifeguard and In-Park training
  • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by manager
  • Conduct and participate in department audits
