Adult Program Site Supervisor (Ft. Collins)

Job Title: Adult Program Site Supervisor 

The site supervisor coordinates the programming and supervision of clients to a specific region. In cases that BCBA’s or lead supervisor are unable to regularly provide supervision and coordination of care.  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) 
•  3 years of experience in the field of behavior services or similar fields working with people with varying needs, supports, disabilities, etc. 

Job Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Complete a weekly minimum of 25 billable hours (behavior counseling, SCC, etc.) 
• Directly implement behavioral interventions, services, and protocols designed by the BCBA to create effective behavioral change for clients  
• Directly train and provide oversight for RBTs and direct care staff (behavior technicians)  
• Consult on a regular basis with the BCBA (director) to discuss ongoing treatment models, plans, client services, staff training and other pertinent areas for the adult service department 
• Implement, supervise, oversee, and provide ongoing feedback to staff for accurate use of safety management protocols and systems 
• Consult with BCBA and assist with creating and maintaining data collection systems for clients and staff  
• Consult with relevant team members, including, but not limited to clients, caregivers/guardians, HHPs, case managers, and other stakeholders in the treatment team 
• Participation in treatment planning with the treatment team under the guidance and supervision of the BCBA 
• Assist the BCBA with initial intakes, consultations, and start-up of treatment models for clients  
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client services by consulting with the BCBA, RBTs/behavior technicians, and other treatment team members and make appropriate adjustments and changes as necessary under the supervision of the BCBA 
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration with team members 
• Assist in coordination of behavioral programming within all residential settings, community settings, and vocational sites as necessary 
• Complete billable documentation and administration duties in a timely manner 
• Ensure adherence to state regulations for services, provide a high quality of standards and ethics of confidentiality 

You are required to secure your RBT credential within 60 days of hire. You are able to complete the modules while “on the clock.” Wild Sun will reimburse for the exam fee and BACB registration fee. Otherwise, all compensation associated with securing your RBT credential is included in your salary. 

Reports to: Adult Program Director (BCBA) 

Benefits and Compensation: 

• $50,000 annual salary bonus pay [$40 per billable hour over 25 hours]
