Receptionist
Job Posting for Receptionist at Wild Water Adventure Park
Must be 18 years of age or older. Bilingual is a plus. Main role is to provide an excellent guest experience by providing information and answers to guest questions and resolving guest issues and concerns.
Must have experience with high call volume, Microsoft suite, usage of office equipment, written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
These team members provide exceptional service for a great first impression. Responsible for processing guests orders and operating Point of Sale equipment with proper procedures as well as processing season passes.
Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet park needs. Must be friendly and outgoing, ability to work in the heat, and to interact with guests in a courteous and pleasant manner while being quick and efficient.
