The Sherwood Companies have a proven track record of completing a variety of projects from General Construction, to Construction Management and Design Build Projects for both public and private owners. A brief summary of the types of projects include, urban expressways, bridges, underground utilities, dam construction, asphalt/concrete paving and water/wastewater treatment plants.

The candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of truck & trailer as well as the timely delivery of equipment. |

ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE |
· Operation of truck and trailer in accordance with state and federal laws · Loading, securing and unloading trailer · Maintain records, logs and inspections reports · Report appropriate information regarding incidents and jobsites · Perform truck safety inspections before, during and after deliveries |

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE |
· Must have a clean driving record · 3-5 years of Truck Driving experience · Must be 21 years or older and have a valid Class A CDL · Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement Required |

· Repairing and troubleshooting · Equipment maintenance · Manual dexterity · Near/Far Vision · Mechanical knowledge of vehicle |
