Job Overview:
We are a chef-driven catering company serving a variety of customers ranging from large events to informal gatherings. We also operate several food trucks as well as a small orchard/cidery in the White Mountains of new Hampshire.
Experience is a good thing, but nothing replaces a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
We are seeking dedicated Culinary professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and customer service, with experience in kitchen operations.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals following provided recipes
- Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and in an appetizing manner
- Assist with bulk food production
- Assist with meal planning and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and special diets
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
