·        Ensure accuracy when processing and fulfilling order

·        Minimize errors is size, quantity, and garment details

·        Have an understanding of uniform and facility service products

·        Understand the handling of inventory, managing stock levels and minimizing discrepancies

·        Effectively communicate with both internal team members & customers

·        Have clarity, professionalism, and timely responses with internal Team Members and customers

·        The ability to address and resolve issues that may arise during the delivery process. Demonstrating problem-solving skills required to root cause customer issues and ensure the correction is made and communicated to all parties and the customer is highly satisfied.
