SUMMARY:
- Provides quality services in order to encourage customers to purchase bar services, Maintains a clean a well-organized bar.
- Ensures cleanliness of all bar areas.
- Performs all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
- Responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of customer service to guests, VIP’s and teammates
- Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy when dealing with customers and co- workers
- Adheres to Food & Beverage uniform policy; maintains a safe work environment for all employees, and complies with Wildwood Casino Policies and procedures, as well as Health Department and OSHA policies and procedures
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides quality services in order to encourage customers to purchase bar services.
- Maintains a properly stocked, clean and well-organized bar at all times. Ensures that all liquor controls are closely monitored and tightly maintained.
- Demonstrates a good working knowledge of all casino food and beverage outlets and products. Is able to answer questions.
- Washes Glassware, cuts fruit, stocks liquor
- Keep bar stocked with beer and liquor
- Change Kegs when needed
- Wipe down tables and bar backs
- Restock garnishes and mixes
- Restock ice
- Always make sure there is clean glassware available
- Help bartender make drinks when needed.
- Cleans and organizes all bar areas and bar storage areas.
- Monitors customers for intoxication, and informs bartender of observations.
- Wears and maintains all uniforms properly.
- Performs all duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
- Complies with established security policies and procedures.
- Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities, and prior to taking action.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent; three-to-six month’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Able to read, comprehend, and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, memos, and documents such as safety rules, operating manuals and procedures and maintenance instructions.
- Able to write routine simple correspondence.
- Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and Employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in small units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Able to apply common sense, patience and understanding while carrying out detailed written and/or oral instructions.
- Able to deal with and present problem-solving ideas that involves concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Colorado Gaming License is not required.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Strong guest service skills and the ability to ask questions and apply deductive reasoning and listening skills are essential.
