This position will be on site at our facility located in: Cisco, TX.

Position summary: This role will be responsible for the daily and monthly reporting for multiple entities.

Key Roles/Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and maintain the general ledger to ensure accuracy of coding and costs.
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts as well as investments in subsidiaries.
• Preparation of month-end entries including payroll, interest, expense, and revenue accruals.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and prepare monthly depreciation entries.
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Participates in professional development activities.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 1-2 years accounting experience demonstrating a strong proficiency with accounting and financial principles.
• QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing and/or inventory tracking accounting experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong character and ethical values.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to be effective at communicating with all levels of the organization as well as suppliers, vendors, and customers.
