Job Description
Will-Mor Manufacturing is a leading precision CNC Manufacturing company in the Seacoast area, specializing in complex work in support of the Aerospace and Defense industries. The Company is looking to add an Assembly Supervisor to our Production Department.

Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements are but not limited to:
Attend Production meetings and assign work to assembly staff to best support the needs of the company.
Install helicoils, pins, inserts, etc in precision machined parts
Works well as a productive member of the team.
Maintain required record keeping for work tasks completed.
Use hand tools and/or electric tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
Apply functional and cosmetic surface conditions to machined parts.
Must be Detail Oriented
Good hand / eye coordination
Must be able to lift 20lbs
Proper use of PPE where required
