Wages:
- Wages are 50%-60% of the completed claim payment, monthly wages depend on how many completed sessions are billed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to patients with mental health conditions
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress, interventions, and observations in EHR
Skills:
- Proficient in using ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), EMDR, IFS
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and gather relevant information for treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Understanding of therapeutic principles and ability to provide appropriate support and resources to patients
- Good written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentation
