Job Title: Data Analyst/Scientist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Willbrook Solutions is seeking an Engineer/Analyst in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to perform intelligence data evaluation and analysis for advanced conventional weapon systems. The candidate will work as part of a multi-discipline team to develop a comprehensive understanding, design, and assessment of foreign radar, missile, and command and control (C2) systems. The candidate will conduct data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis; and use scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Retrieve information from various intelligence data sources, analyze for better understanding about the data set, and build tools including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine-Learning (ML) techniques to automate the data analysis processes. Perform statistical analysis, application of data mining techniques, and generation of high-quality prediction systems. Duties may also include the creation of new ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must be U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Data Analytics, or Mathematics from an ABET-accredited Program with at least 10 years of experience
• Able to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with experts from varied disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate in simple, easily understood terms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Intel experience/background
• Foreign weapon system analysis experience
• Experience using C, C , MATLAB, Python, Simulink, or other programming languages.
• Experience with foreign weapon systems, including advanced radars, missiles, or command and control (C2) systems
