Job Title: Mid-Level Missile System Engineer/Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Willbrook Solutions is seeking a mid-level Missile System Engineer/Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and perform intelligence data evaluation, analysis, and design for advanced conventional weapon systems. The candidate will work as part of a multi-discipline team to develop a comprehensive understanding, design, and assessment of foreign radar, missile, and command and control (C2) weapon systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Support the analysis of foreign missile propulsion subsystem, guidance and navigation, RF or IIR seeker, airframe, and control subsystems using insights gained from intelligence data. In conjunction with the overall weapon system design team, the candidate will ensure that the missile design and technology assessments are consistent and compatible across all aspects of the weapon system. Support the assessment of the theory of operation, characteristics and performance, physical characteristics, signatures, vulnerabilities, and employment of the weapon system. Support the development of digital models, simulations, and hardware representations of the missile system and computer-based analytical tools needed to assess system capabilities and vulnerabilities. Input parametric data, develop algorithms, and provide quality control of databases, for which the information shall be used for engineering and scientific assessments.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in in Engineering, Physics, Data Analytics, or Mathematics from an ABET-accredited Program with at least 8 years experience
  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with experts from varied disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate in simple, easily understood terms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Intel experience/background
  • Experience using C, C , MATLAB, Python, Simulink, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with foreign weapon systems, including advanced radars, missiles, or command and control (C2) systems
