We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicate. They love to talk and share. CSRs can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to them. They are confident at troubleshooting and like to investigate. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for answering questions and discussing insurance product offerings with customers to help them meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate outreach through direct mail and phone/email/text thru agency portal. You will help generate new leads and contacts for Agency. You will build sustainable relationships and trust with customers new and old by listening and empathy. Keeping records is a very important part of all in the Agency, prompt attention here is important.
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, CRM systems and practices

Salary : $30,000 - $50,000
