We are seeking a Construction Project Superintendent. This position has the responsibility for the successful execution of the overall project from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and profitable performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety Compliance, Materials Management, utilizing sub-contracted labor
· Responsible for quality, safety, and schedule of all on-site activities.
· Enforcement of company safety requirements on job sites (lead by example)
· Maintain professional relationships with Co-Workers, Customers, Governmental Authorities and Sub Contractors
· Organize and coordinate all materials and equipment, as needed, on the jobsite
· Develop project schedules and weekly updates with the Management Team
· Perform Weekly Status Meetings with Customer Representatives and Sub Contractors
· Maintain Ongoing Punchlist to Ensure 100% complete
· Complete Customer Service Requests - inspect for warrantability (understanding of warranty standards)
· Other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Executive Management.
· Occasionally must work overtime, off-hours shifts and/or weekends as project schedules require
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
Must know how to read a blueprint.
Experience; 6-10 years of overall residential construction experience with minimum 2 years in direct construction supervision (scheduling, quality control, materials management, building codes) with a homebuilder.
EDUCATION
High School diploma required. College degree or Industry Certifications a plus. OSHA 10 Hour
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Pa driver's license required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds from ground level to waist level.
- Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.
- Acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing required.
- Required to frequently stand and walk on uneven surfaces throughout all or a major portion of a shift
- Must be able to bend, squat, kneel and crawl, as well as work outdoors in all types of weather.
