Come join us and build a new system for the College! Williams College is pleased to announce the opening for a Programmer Analyst. The Programmer Analyst supports the Office of College Relations (OCR) by managing software that supports the ‘68 Center for Career Exploration, Alumni Relations, and Development. Join the team that is implementing a new fundraising CRM. The work will be interesting and varied, to include data transformation, data validation, portal creation, workflows, and integrations. You will become an expert in an up-and-coming software tool to create automations, custom reports, and queries. You will assist the Data Analysis team with the creation of interactive dashboards. You can participate in numerous process improvement projects as we revisit every existing business process and reimagine it in the new system.

Reporting to the AVP for Advancement Operations, the Programmer Analyst completes projects as assigned, including reports, queries, data extracts, data imports, software integrations, automation of processes, and other technical tasks as requested. Participate in the process to replace the primary transactional database by participating in mapping and conversion activities, and learning to support the new systems and provide customer service assistance.
Hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available with approval for employees based in NY, MA, CT, or VT; subject to review and revision as policy evolves. The expectation is that this person will be in the office at least three days per week.
Application review will begin on May 21, 2024, and will continue until the position is filled. Pay range is from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Job band 2-F.
