Williams Insurance Agency has been in the insurance industry since 1948. We are looking to grow our Personal Lines department by adding YOU as our new friendly, bubbly and positive Insurance Account Manager. Here at the Williams Insurance Agency, we believe in giving back to our community. We volunteer with wetlands clean up, fundraising, Special Olympics and other events involved in the community. Our account manager's focus is to ensure our clients have the correct coverage and are consistently growing their relationship with us. Responsibilities

• You will use your relationship building skills to maintain and service an existing book of personal lines insurance.
• You will use your detail-orientation to make policy changes, review accounts & take in payments from existing clients. 
• You will use your positive attitude to review current clients policies for renewals. 
• You will use your insurance knowledge to discuss the right coverages with our existing clients. 
• You will use your interpersonal skills to cross & up sell existing clients with new lines.

Requirements

• You will need to have the ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license. Having already obtained a license is a BONUS. 
• You will need to have customer service experience. Having insurance experience is a BONUS. 
• You will need to maintain a bubbly, friendly, positive demeanor.
• You will need to have basic computer knowledge. 
• You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills.
