The Seasonal Lead position is located in Olive Branch, MS. This position is responsible for receiving merchandise, creating OS&D paperwork, identify inner packs not consistent with DL and communication.

- Lead, motivate, coach, and train associates to perform at their best
- Set and communicate clear goals to associates
- Support daily management of departmental duties including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure successful departmental performance through tracking, reporting and feedback
- Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned areas

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1- year of leadership experience in high-volume workplaces
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC ) process of Supply Chain Management
- Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
- Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
- Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
We prefer some of these qualities as well….
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in high-volume workplaces
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Bi-lingual
