WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER ENTAIL?

The typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

As the Inventory Control Manager for Willis Electric Co., you will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory review processes, issuing purchase orders, tracking material status, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized and maintained efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with the office manager to assist in various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall smooth operation of our business. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in all Microsoft products
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and clerical skills
• Team player

Preferred:

• Knowledge of electrical products
• 1 years of experience in a similar field
• Higher education
• Experience with TxDOT or contractor experience
• Familiarity with accounting, payroll, and insurance
• Ability to operate a forklift
