Willow Gardens and Willow Towers, nationally recognized Assisted Living facilities dedicated to caring for seniors with Alzheimers and Dementia, located in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a RN-Director of Clinical Director to join its team of dedicated professionals.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the clinical oversight and delivery of quality resident care across both Willow Gardens and Willow Towers- ensuring compliance and providing nursing leadership to the team-and to ensure friendly, safe and secure environment for the residents, under the leadership of the Executive Director.
Located within a well-appointed Assisted Living Facility known for its award winning care, this key clinical position will have the opportunity to impact the results and outcomes of the facility, enjoy a quality of life in a professional and innovative setting, and be part of the team that leads the facility in achieving its clinical and operating objectives.
Position Qualifications:
- RN License in New York State
- Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 5 years working in Nursing
- Relevant experience working in an assisted living, nursing home or senior care role; demonstrated leadership experience; ability to manage teams and motivate staff
- Knowledgeable in Assisted Living regulations and operational requirements
- Strong communication and patient services skills; able to interact with, mediate and proactively solve resident problems
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
