Willow Tree Wellness & Counseling is a virtual mental health practice in Pennsylvania that offers an integrative approach to mental health care. We are currently seeking a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to join our team!

Our practice is seeking a Virtual Assistant who is a reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Our Ideal Candidate
- This is a REMOTE, work-from-home position. This position offers flexibility and autonomy but requires you to be self-motivated, organized, focused, and detail-oriented.
- We're looking for someone who is warm and friendly but can also set firm boundaries and enforce practice policies.
- Our processes are streamlined & effective. We will teach you exactly how to do the job well. As such, we expect the job to be well done with little oversight.
- Candidate must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, maintain meticulous records, promptly respond to calls/emails, promptly establish new clients with our practice, and work collaboratively with our team of providers.
- Candidate must be willing to have a long-term relationship with our practice and the clients we work with.

Duties include:
- Check & respond to emails, website inquiries, and voice messages daily
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Establish new patients with our practice
- Enter patient profile, insurance, and billing information into our electronic health record system
- Verify insurance benefits and educate patients about financial responsibilities
- Collect patient balances
- Enforce practice policies and procedures
- Triage patient questions, concerns, or complaints and coordinate with the appropriate provider to resolve issues as needed
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of client information according to established policies and procedures
- Report to the Director and assist with other tasks as needed
