Job Description and Responsibilities
Willow Valley is hiring a Supportive Living Scheduler to prepare and maintain the schedule of Team Members who work in Healthcare under the direction of theScheduling Supervisor. The Scheduler adds and deletes Team Members from the schedule as appropriate.

Wage:
From $16.00/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
Models exemplary customer service and models care, compassion and trust toward Team Members and Residents.
Completes and maintains master schedule including adding new hires and deleting terminations.
Contacts Team Members to fill openings in the master schedule and posts open shifts to all nursing staff.
Contacts and schedules newly hired Team Members for floor orientation.
Identifies open positions according to the master schedule.
Receives calls for call offs during hours of work.
Keeps daily calendar for call-offs reported weekly and monthly. Communicates call-offs to the DON and Clinical Manager.
Records attendance daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually for perfect attendance.
Marks schedule for vacation, sick or anytime off that is pertinent.
Marks schedule for In-services and Seminars. Notifies staff. Covers their schedules.
Completes and submits weekly Extra Duty Incentive spreadsheet.
Maintains holiday rotation list.
Maintains and updates Care Tracker programs.
Maintains Care Tracker users, including updates of new hires and terminations.
Maintains and updates phone roster as needed.
Calculates and reports agency, sick, vacation, orientation, light duty, and bereavement hours weekly to DON.
Establishes rapport with local nursing agencies.
Validates Agency billing as invoices received.
Tracks Agency rates schedules for billing, and make changes as necessary
Keeps hours and status on Pool team members. Corresponds with Pool team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Computer training including word processing and excel.
Hours:
40 hrs/week
Schedule:
8:00am-4:30pm; includes every other weekend, no holidays
