THE OPPORTUNITY: Join our team and Elevate your career.
Our Lifeguard crew works together to provide adequate pool coverage beginning June,1st, 2023. The pool is open from 9:00 am- 7:00 pm, 7 days per week. Two lifeguards are on duty during the week and 3 are on duty for weekend coverage.
General Duties:
- Maintain a relationship with the membership and their guests
- Ensure the safety of all members and their guests while enjoying the pool facility
- Opening and closing procedures created by the Pool Manager and Head Lifeguard
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool throughout the day
- Perform private swim lessons at the Head Lifeguard’s discretion
- Perform Club Willow responsibilities during the pool portion of the activity schedule
- Perform all pool towel responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Red Cross lifeguard certification
- First Aid & Safety certification
- Recreational experience with children
Necessary Knowledge, Ability and Skill:
- Ability to deliver a high quality standard of service, consistently with emphasis on continued improvement.
- Strong oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instruction
