Job Responsibilities:

-Process all vehicles for registration in the state they will be titled

-Prepare and pay tax and title documents

-Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles

-Verify funds have been collected along with the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications

-Verify applications ensuring all information is complete and accurate

-Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins

-Bill out all dealer trades and prepare Certificate of Origin

-Maintains report of title work complete with missing or problem titles

-Review and maintenance of schedules

-Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

-License and Title experience required

-Detail orientated and organized

-Microsoft Office experience preferred

-Basic working accounting knowledge a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
