We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and hard working individual to fill our open Central Supply Clerk role. They will be responsible for managing the facility’s medical equipment and supplies to properly support the quality of care given to the residents.
Responsibilities and Purpose
- Coordinate with the nursing staff on the ordering of medical supplies and equipment in order to keep the facility adequately supplied while adhering to the facility’s budget.
- Responsible for stickering and stocking supplies in the satellite rooms and keeping resident charge cards in the treatment books.
- Accurately enter required data into the computer system and keeps information current. Obtain the doctor’s signature when needed on specified forms and forward to the ancillary company in a timely matter.
Desired Experience and Education
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- One (1) or more years experience in a skilled nursing environment strongly preferred
Required
- Valid Oklahoma CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
- Valid Oklahoma CMA (Certified Medication Aide) certification.
