Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop process and system requirements and communicate those requirements to offshore developers. Manage the installation and implementation of system updates and ensure system functionality. Develop and implement testing plans and go live procedures. Have oversight into product configuration and support the implementation of new products into the system. Assess change-proposals and assist in the definition of solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. Monitor the system, analyze problems, and report outages to the Digital Solutions Team. Create and maintain system databases and users, assign permissions, and ensure prompt onboarding and off boarding. Create, maintain, and update procedures and technical documents. Identify, resolve, and debug systems and processes to ensure end-user satisfaction. Ensure system compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures and process. Work closely with end users, customers, outside consultants, applications engineers, and technicians in a professional, productive, and pleasant manner. Explain, promote, and sell the products and services of Wilson Bank & Trust. Participate in outside community events. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Other duties as assigned by the Digital Solutions Leader or other bank management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience in the banking industry, preferably with a focus on lending products. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or similar and/or 4 years working experience in banking, lending, IT application development, technical software design and development or other directly related experience. Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide proactive updates to leadership team. Ability to multi-task and foster a team environment through transparency and collaboration. Ability to exhibit stability in daily stressful situations. Ability to evaluate solutions to determine if they are reasonable, actionable, and cost-effective. Ability to manage time and efforts to ensure solutions are brought to fruition and requirements are closed properly. Ability to problem solve and apply methodologies to prepare detailed specifications using case statements and related documentation for review by senior team members. Must possess people skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to perform testing, planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer as directed.
