Production Associate
Job Posting for Production Associate at Wilson Language Training
The scheduled hours for this position are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (second shift), Monday through Friday.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for following work orders from their supervisor or team leader on a daily basis. He/she must be able to assemble multi-part sets and kits manually with a low incidence of error. He/she will observe safety and security procedures. He/she will uphold organizational values by treating people with respect. He/she will volunteer readily and will commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach departmental goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Attending to the details of daily work orders.
- Performing repetitive tasks such as building boxes.
- Understand and display WLT’s values
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Skills:
- Follows verbal instructions
- Follows written instructions
- Loading and unloading materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds each
- Basic math skills
- Ability to safely operate materials handling equipment
Education or Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 3-6 months of general warehouse experience preferred
