STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Job Posting for STAFF ACCOUNTANT at Wilson-McShane Branding
As a Staff Accountant with Wilson-McShane Corporation, you will be preparing general ledgers and monthly bank reconciliations, recording monthly investment activity, monitoring bank balances, and preparing monthly financial statements. This position has direct impact on ensuring the bookkeeping is accurate and up to date for the funds that we administer. This role allows you to experience multiple aspects within accounting and hone attention to detail and time management skills.
The schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch and the position offers a hybrid schedule pending the completion of the initial training process. The hybrid schedule consists of three days of in-office, and two days of remote work upon manager approval.
The Staff Accountant role is an exempt position with compensation range of $51,000-$54,000 and includes benefits such as the following:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following qualifications:
- Experience: Two year Accounting degree or two plus years related experience and/or training.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office. Quick learner of other computer applications.
