As a Payroll Auditor with Wilson-McShane Corporation, you will help ensure that the participants we serve are receiving the correct amount of benefits. The Wilson-McShane philosophy is service excellence and defending the plan, meaning that we strive to give first class service and defend the integrity and spirit of the plans we administer. Our Payroll Auditors assist in maintaining that integrity by performing compliance audits for the multiemployer funds, which includes reconciling payroll documents and internal records. When discrepancies are found, the Payroll Auditor presents the findings to employers and management and works closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. This position requires great time management skills and communication, due to the independent nature of the role. As a Payroll Auditor, you will be scheduling your audits and regularly communication with management, and the employers of the funds in order to ensure the audits are being conducted timely and accurately.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday; with the ability for remote/in-office work and flexible hours. The compensation range for this position is 56-58k.
