JOB SUMMARY

Win Win Operations is seeking a skilled and creative Professional Photographer to join our team at the U.S. Army Garrison – Hawaii’s Visual Information Studio. The ideal candidate will provide a range of photography services, including official DA photographs, command photos, and passport photos for official travel. The role requires a keen eye for detail, technical photography expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Conduct various photography sessions, ensuring high-quality outcomes for official DA photographs, command photos, and passport photos.
• Operate and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and software, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency.
• Process photo selections and submissions, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
• Manage and maintain current DA official photographs in the DAPMIS.
• Collaborate with the studio team and clients to meet specific photography needs and requirements.

SCHEDULE OF WORK

• Full-time position with the need for flexibility to accommodate varying schedules based on studio appointments and events.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

• U.S. Army Garrison – Hawaii’s Visual Information Studio, primarily at Building 220 Fort Shafter and Building 2038 Schofield Barracks. Other sites and locations may be added to support mission requirements as deemed necessary by the Government.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

• The contract is for one (1) Base Year of 12 months, with four (4) 12-month option periods and one (1) 6-month option period.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Professional Photographer or in a similar role, preferably with experience in a commercial or military setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and software.
• Excellent eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of military or governmental photography services is a plus.
