BCBA job description:
Job Description: Provide on-site and office supervision for ABA services in the home, facility and community. Assists in providing clinical and operational leadership to ABA program. Adheres to ethical standards of the counseling profession, and abides by the laws, policies, and procedures set forth by Winchester Community Mental Health Center, Inc.
Job Duties and responsibilities:
· Assists in developing and implementing programmatic policy and procedures
· Completes audits on all required clinical documentation as deemed necessary
· Participates in required meetings
· Attend IEP meetings for clients
· Representing the company at meetings and conferences, when applicable and available
· Assists ABA Program Manager with creating and providing operational and clinical training to staff, as needed
· Provides overall clinical and operational leadership to the ABA program
· Complete paperwork and observation feedback forms during/after on-site supervision
· Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
· Writing Behavior Intervention Plans and Treatment Plans
· Conducting formal and informal assessments
· Providing direct services (as needed) and completing appropriate paperwork
· Review reports and session notes on a weekly basis
· Leads and directs treatment of clients
· Consults with all members of the treatment team to ensure plan participation
· Establish and maintain data collection and analysis systems
· Reviews data and graphs
· Supervises responses to crisis situations with team members
· Assists ABA Program Manager with managing patient complaints, as needed
· Conduct Employee Evaluations
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education: Must have a Master’s degree in special education, psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field and current certification from the BACB. A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children with autism spectrum disorders and their families.
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications: Ability to listen effectively; knowledge of child and adolescent development; knowledge of factors which may contribute to family dysfunction; knowledge of current ABA practices and techniques; knowledge of assessment tools and procedures; ability to work effectively as team player and good time management skills.

· Assists BCBA in required meetings
· Assists BCBA in IEP meetings for clients
· Assists BCBA in representing the company at meetings and conferences, when applicable and available
· Assists BCBA in marketing through funding sources of current or potential clients, service providers, and other professionals
· Assists BCBA in overseeing referral/intake processes to assign and schedule new clients
· Assists BCBA in creating and providing operational and clinical training to staff
· Assists BCBA in completing paperwork and observation feedback forms during/after on-site supervision
· Assists BCBA in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
· Assists BCBA in writing Behavior Intervention Plans and Treatment Plans
· Assists BCBA in conducting formal and informal assessments
· Other duties as assigned
