Helicopter Maintenance Records Manager

OVERVIEW:

As the Helicopter Maintenance Records Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records of all maintenance activities. You’ll work closely with our maintenance teams, pilots, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and safety. Strong computer skills are essential for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance Records Management:

• Maintain comprehensive records of helicopter maintenance activities.
• File component cards, logbooks, and other relevant documents.
• Track maintenance schedules and ensure timely updates.
• Utilize the Veryon platform to manage and track maintenance, component changes, parts orders, and repair records.
• Research Manufactures Maintenance Manuals, Airworthiness Directives and Manufacturers Service Bulletins to incorporate compliance into the Veryon platform.

Administrative Duties:

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Maintenance to assist in aircraft maintenance tracking.
• Create, send, and receive purchase orders and repair orders within the Veryon Platform.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
• Train field aircraft mechanics in the proper use of Veryon for recording maintenance tasks.
• Provide remote assistance to field mechanics as needed.
• Occasionally work weekends to support operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in computer use for record-keeping and data management.
• Preferred (but Not Required): A&P (Airframe and Power Plant) license.
• Experience in aviation maintenance or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
