In this unique position you will work with the intake and issuance of materials across several related companies. You will be a vital part of the life blood of our operations, our material. Work with a motivated and capable team and become part of a 4th generation family owned and operated manufacturer. 

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Coordinated paperwork on inventory 
    1. Receipt and quality of materials
    2. Current inventory status 
      • Cycle counting 
      • Aging and expiration reporting 
      • Inventory corrections
    3. Issuing material to jobs and removal form inventory

Skills for this position include but are not exclusive to:

  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Strong computer skills 
    1. Excel, Email, Calendar Applications, other Microsoft Office programs, familiarity with ERP systems
  • Comfortable working in both an office and factory environment
  • Ability to read a tape measure and communicate about measurements (not required)
