Job Summary:
Windermere Real Estate Co. in Seattle is hiring for a full-time Broker Care Coordinator. While the Broker Care Coordinator plays an important role in managing the front of the house, the bulk of the position is designed to assist Brokers in managing their business. You must be able to follow through on projects, prioritize workload, organize many details and uphold the highest level of confidentiality throughout the role.
Essential Duties:
Daily opening and closing of the office.
Assists visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages and communicating with Brokers.
Maintain office organization and tidiness in front desk area and all shared spaces.
Assist Brokers with listings by creating flyers, silent talkers, and other marketing materials for them to use in advertising their listing.
Social media coordination for the branch accounts (Instagram & Facebook)
Assist Brokers with personalizing company curated marketing materials
Assist Brokers with marketing needs for their personal business.
Willingness to troubleshoot technology-related issues.
Partner with current Broker Care team in daily collaboration, contribution, organization, general office support and company events.
Commitment to understanding individual personalities to better understand how to support each Broker.

Experience:
High School Education or higher
Canva Experience
Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Publisher, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
