We’re hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support the supervising broker and carry out basic administrative tasks. You'll be the face of the office, greet clients, and support brokers with marketing and administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for the safekeeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked, and working with other staff to ensure crossover skills and support across all staff and both offices. Candidates should be quick and independent problem solvers, highly organized, and have experience in a professional setting.
